Shoreline Sports Medicine offers personalized athletic training and sports manual therapy services to treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Our expertise will utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities to aid in your treatment and recovery. These hands on techniques will improve your overall health and physical well-being.

After graduating from East Stroudsburg University in 2018, with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training, April spent five years as the head Athletic Trainer at Queen Annes County High School, in which she provided daily care to hundreds of athletes per school year. In 2023, she moved to the Delaware Beaches to start the next journey which included gaining experience in the Operating Room working with Orthopedic Medical Devices. April launched Shoreline Sports Medicine shortly after in 2024, to provide premium Athletic Training and Sports Manual Therapy services, along the Delaware and Maryland eastern shores. April enjoys living by the beach, being outdoors, watching sports, fishing, and photography.

After graduating with a Master’s in Athletic Training from Lebanon Valley College in 2025, Ashton completed clinical rotations at various high schools and colleges, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of athletes and injuries. He developed a strong interest in therapeutic exercise and return-to-play strength and conditioning, focusing on helping athletes safely and confidently get back to their sport. Now based near the Delaware Beaches, Ashton is proud to be part of Shoreline Sports Medicine, delivering premium Athletic Training and Sports Manual Therapy services along the Delaware shore. Ashton enjoys attending sporting events, going to the gym, and spending time at the beach.
