This 1-on-1 stretch therapy session will include either the upper or lower body segment (30 minute sessions) or a full body including upper and lower body segments (60 minute sessions)

Massage Gun work
This 1-on-1 sports massage session will approach the areas of concern for either a 30, 60 or 90 minute session. A handful of massage and manual therapy techniques will be utilized during your session. Communication during the session regarding tension and pressure used is imperative to ensure you are comfortable.
This 1-on-1 myofacial release technique session (either active cupping or Graston Technique tools will be used based on therapy preference, location and size of working area) will approach the selected muscle group/groups, these segments include, the foot and calf muscles, forearms/wrist/hand, quadriceps, hamstrings, shoulders and upper neck, and full back. Finishing with gentle tendon and muscle lengthening/stretching.

This 1-on-1 cupping session (form of myofacial release technique) will focus on a single body segment to be cupped while performing the necessary movements (exercises include using therabands, exercises balls and mats, light weights, stretching) to help nutrient rich blood flow to the area to assist in improving mobility and joint function, relieve chronic pain and tension within the musculoskeletal system such as soreness, strains, sprains, inflammation or tension headache. These segments include, the calf muscles, hips, forearms, quadriceps or hamstrings, upper neck, full back, or mid to lower back focused.
This 1-on-1 upper or lower segment body work will include, the upper body including the base of the skull, upper neck, shoulders and upper arm, and forearms. The lower body including low back, quadriceps and hamstrings, and the calf muscles. Body work includes sports massage and passive stretching techniques of selected segment.
This 1-on-1 therapeutic cupping session will include a sports massage to your selected body segment. Therapeutic cups will be applied while receiving your red light therapy treatment.

This intense 1-on-1 pro recovery session will approach one or two body segments that need attention. This personalized session will include an upper or lower body stretch, sports massage, cupping session with exercises or a form of myofacial release technique, electrical stimulation, red light therapy, and choice of therapeutic or athletic taping if necessary.
This unique customized 1-on-1 session will start with a full body passive stretching technique, followed by your personal training session. Finishing off with a recovery session which includes, a sports massage, electrical stimulation, red light therapy, a form of myofacial release such as cupping or Graston and the use of therapeutic or athletic tape if necessary.
This invigorating 1-on-1 full body reset session will approach the entire body. This session will be completely customizable to the client based off the physical needs upon arrival. The full body reset includes, but not limited to, therapeutic modalities or exercises and manual therapy techniques such as stretching techniques, sports massage, soft tissue mobilization, myofacial release technique, corrective exercises, red light therapy, electrical stimulation, normatec compression massage, athletic taping and other athletic training and manual therapy services.
This 1-on-1 functional training session will focus on movements and exercises to help you better navigate activities of daily living or improve your sport performance. Functional training is often used in rehabilitation and sports medicine to help individuals regain function after injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Shoreline Sports Medicine tailors your functional training program specific to the individual's needs and goals, taking into account their specific injuries, limitations, and desired activities.
This 1-on-1 therapeutic intervention session, or also known as “rehabilitation“, will approach the necessary interventions used in treating an orthopedic injury AFTER receiving a diagnosis from your Doctor/Physician or Doctor of Physical Therapy. Once diagnosis is received and you are referred to receive treatment from me, a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT, ATC) and Sports Manual Therapy Certified (SMTC), I will customize your treatment and rehabilitation program specifically to meet the necessary healing needs of your diagnosis. This includes determining short term and long term goals aiding in your recovery with the use of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities and prevention techniques such as athletic taping or bracing.

This electrical stimulation session will approach a single troublesome area in which you may be experiencing fatigue, muscles spasms, muscle soreness and tightness, or simply wanting relief from chronic pain. These areas include, upper back, mid back, low back, hamstrings or quadriceps, forearms, shoulder joint, elbow joint, wrist joint, knee joint, hip joint, or ankle joint.
